It is a fruit characteristic from the northern of Brazil very used by those who practice physical exercises.
Anyone who enjoys the fruit concentrate or fresh, cannot imagine that its consumption ensures a good amount of vitamins and antioxidants, which work directly in the elimination of free radicals, responsible for preventing disease and aging.
Açaí is rich in proteins, wich is the active element in the repair and construction of tissues and are essential in the diet to loose fat. It is also rich in vitamins B1, C, E and minerals such as iron, phosphorus, calcium and potassium. But be careful with the calories !
